I had an excellent experience with Crackology during the inspection process of purchasing a home that we planned to use as a rental property. They provided a free inspection and offered valuable suggestions, including the use of braces to rehabilitate the foundation, tailored specifically for our needs as a rental property. Initially, a former sales rep provided incorrect pricing and scope of work, which was frustrating. However, Crackology’s integrity truly shone through when they promptly addressed the issue. Shawn, one of their representatives, stepped in and ensured everything was made right. When we discovered a leak in the repaired foundation, they offered waterproofing at a reduced price, and the repair was completed within two weeks. Though I didn't have my work completed by any company, working with Shawn was by far the easiest of them all. Instead of pushing the most costly repair, he evaluated the situation and offered the best solution for my budget. Crackology did extensive work on the house across the street in Olathe . I can’t comment on the work itself however I was very impressed with the quality of craftsmen that worked on the site. At all stages the project the people were hard working. Special mention must be made of the crew that did the final cleanup on the hottest day of the summer. Thanks for caring about the neighbors!
If I ever need any foundation or flatwork preformed Crackology will be my first call.

I landed upon Crackology at the right time and I was very thankful for it. I had been working with a previous concrete company for wellnover 6 months. Not only did this company consume a lot of my time, money was wasted and the job was left incomplete. I was left trying to figure out how my excavation and foundation was going to to be completed before the winter kicked in placing my unfinished basement at risk of shifting and potentially more costs! They also offered financing as an option even though I did not need it. Crackology was able to not only fix what the previous concrete company left incomplete but gave an expected time of completion with a breakdown of expected costs. Very thorough with assessing what I desired for my basement (excavation, new beams, waterproof barrier), they did not leave me wondering when the job would be complete, and most importantly, kept me in the loop alongside each step of completion. I highly recommend them if you need concrete work and foundation work completed.

An absolute HUGE thank you to Kendra and crew. They took on a job for my 100+ year old house that a couple other foundation companies wouldn't even bid.

From what I learned there was a minor shake-up at the company and Kendra took over field operations during my job. WOW! She should have been running the show the entire time. Excellent communicator and total hustler (the kind you want on your team).

Crackology Foundation Repair did a fantastic job from the very beginning to the very end of our project. Our brick and concrete front porch were pulling away from our house. Crackology laid out the plan of action to fix our issue. Piers were put under the porch and concrete work was performed to connect the front porch steps to the front sidewalk giving greater strength to keep the entire front porch and sidewalk solidly and permanently in place. Workers were courteous and kept us up to date through the entire project. We recommend Crackology Foundation Repair at the highest level of expertise.
